Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies. This position requires proficiency in both technical installation procedures and customer service, as our installers interact directly with clients to ensure satisfaction with the finished product.

Responsibilities:

  1. Installation: Properly measure and install a wide range of window treatments in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards. This includes blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, and any other custom window coverings.

  2. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences. Provide expert advice on the operation of window treatments, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for the customer.

  3. Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality checks on completed installations to ensure accuracy, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.

  4. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installation and repair projects, including photos and any special instructions from the client. Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.

  5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing installation tasks, including proper handling of equipment and materials. Prioritize safety at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on the job.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: We will train you to learn how to install any and all kinds of window treatments. You just need to know how to use a drill, tape measure, and have common sense carpentry skills.

  2. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of installation techniques, tools, and equipment used in the window treatment industry. Ability to interpret technical drawings, measurements, and specifications accurately.

  3. Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to interact professionally with clients and address their needs and concerns effectively.

  4. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every installation project.

  5. Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  6. Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites across Colorado.

  7. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions (e.g., heat, cold, heights).

Pay: Base salary of $40,000 - $45,000 per year + commission. After the base monthly salary is achieved through installations/repairs, any additional work is added on top of the monthly base salary + mileage. Pay is ultimately results based and not time based.
